Spicy Peach BBQ Ribs

The honey butter glaze makes these ribs stickey sweet!

BBQ Ribs, Spicy Peach, Chipotle

 

1 Cup Wild Willy's Wonderful Rub

1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle or cayenne (more or less for desired heat)

1/4 cup peach jello mix (more or less to taste - the small box is plenty.

 

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup honey

 

Rub:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Liberally apply rub mixture to rinsed, dried, and trimmed rack of ribs.

Refrigerate ribs until ready to bbq.

 

Glaze:

Heat butter and honey in the microwave until butter is melted (approximately 10-30 seconds).

Stir well.

 

Smoke ribs until they are at the desired tenderness. See The Basics: Ribs if you have questions about the cooking process.

 

Apply glaze over all surfaces of the rib and put back on the smoker for 20-30 minutes.

 

Remove from the smoker and allow ribs to rest for 5 minutes or so before enjoying this stickey sweet pork bbq goodness.
